Microcosmos opens at The Goodman Arts Centre, Singapore

Microcosmos is concerned with the specificity of cosmic relativity; the place of mythology in urbanity; the diction of science-fiction in the ordinary; permutations of fear of the known and unknown; the deconstruction of heroic gestures vs the heroism of daily-living; the human tendency to seek polestars.

studioKALEIDO presents Microcosmos, a visual arts exhibition with an inbuilt writing experiment. The exhibition will feature artwork by six artists, accompanied by twelve tangential literary responses co-published in a micro-anthology.

Artists: Geraldine Kang, Nguan, Emma Critchley, Genevieve Chua, Jack Youngblood, Joel Yuen.

Timings: Opening night – 8pm until late
7-9th December – 12noon-9pm
10-13th December – 2-9pm
